yǎo dìng qīng shān bù fàng sōng
咬 定 青 山 不 放 松 ，
Hold fast to the green mountains and never relax,

lì gēn yuán zài pò yán zhōng
立 根 原 在 破 岩 中 。
Rooted in the broken rocks from the very start.

qiān mó wàn jī hái jiān jìng
千 磨 万 击 还 坚 劲 ，
Enduring thousands of trials and ten thousand blows, still strong and resilient,

rèn ěr dōng xī nán běi fēng
任 尔 东 西 南 北 风 。
Defying the winds from the east, west, south, and north.
