lǜ biàn shān yuán bái mǎn chuān
绿 遍 山 原 白 满 川 ，
Green hills and plains are spread far and wide,

zǐ guī shēng lǐ yǔ rú yān
子 规 声 里 雨 如 烟 。
In the cuckoo’s song, the rain falls like mist and fog.

xiāng cūn sì yuè xián rén shǎo
乡 村 四 月 闲 人 少 ，
In the countryside, few idlers are seen in April,

cái liǎo cán sāng yòu chā tián
才 了 蚕 桑 又 插 田 。
Just finished with sericulture, now it’s time to plant the fields.
