zhú wài táo huā sān liǎng zhī
竹 外 桃 花 三 两 枝 ，
Bamboo shoots outside, peach blossoms three or two branches,

chūn jiāng shuǐ nuǎn yā xiān zhī
春 江 水 暖 鸭 先 知 。
Spring river water warm, ducks sense it first.

lóu hāo mǎn dì lú yá duǎn
蒌 蒿 满 地 芦 芽 短 ，
Ground covered with water shield, short reed sprouts,

zhèng shì hé tún yù shàng shí
正 是 河 豚 欲 上 时 。
It is the time when pufferfish are about to ascend.
