Seeking troubles is probably the biggest self-injustice in life. Why bother? Don’t do that, and don’t always feel like you lack something. As long as you are happy, you lack nothing.

Walk the path of enlightenment, let enlightenment reside in your heart, and live a life of peace and joy.

48.我们一直以为最艰难的总是当下，却发现人生从来不曾有最艰难，只会有更艰难。唯一还值得庆幸的是，所有打不倒你的都将使你变得更强大，所有打倒了你的也并没将你彻底击垮。风是无常的，人，也是无常的，我的忙碌，也是无常，世事无常。
48. We always thought the most difficult times were in the present, only to find that life never has the most difficult moments, only more difficult ones. The only thing to be grateful for is that nothing can defeat you will make you stronger, and those who have defeated you have not completely knocked you down. The wind is impermanent, people are impermanent, my busyness is impermanent, and all things are impermanent.

43. For the future you desire, no matter how difficult it is now, you must persevere with confidence.

44.即使你有一千个理由难过，也要有一千零一个理由欢笑。
44. Even if you have a thousand reasons to be sad, you should also have one more reason to laugh.

45.没有人能一路单纯到底，但要记住，别忘了最初的自己。
