7.小徒弟问我，清明节里你烧纸，送给谁呢？我告诉他，我烧给我自己，我要亲眼看见，所有的妄想到头不过一把灰。

8.生活中不要拿自己的框架去要求别人，甚至是希望改变别人，不要奢望那些阳春白雪的愿望，大家都能理解这世界最稀缺的物资是宽容，多少的苦恼都来自于自我的执着，那些可遇不可求的希望和盼望，还是少放在念头、心头、眉头。这世间的路，能宽容才能活。
8. In life, don’t use your own standards to demand others, or even hope to change them. Don’t expect those high-class wishes. Everyone should understand that the rarest thing in the world is tolerance, and much of the suffering comes from our own obsession. Those hopes and expectations that can be met but not sought should be placed less in our minds, hearts, and brows. In this world, only with tolerance can we live.

9.生就像一杯茶，不会苦一辈子，但总会苦一阵子。傻与不傻，要看你会不会装傻。——《绳命》

19.人生一回，道义一场，受得起纠结，放得下忧伤，算是对自己良心的一种报答，相信自己活过的这一场还算是最美时光，烦恼是什么，无暇旁顾，等风来。——《评论》

22. A young disciple studying Buddhism in another city called to ask if the tea in the temple should be picked? How is the construction of the temple’s Thousand Buddha Pavilion going? Are the other masters in the temple still in good health? Are you and the group of old dogs in the temple okay? I told him, everything is fine, but later you should ask your Chinese teacher, when there are two subjects in a sentence, can you say them separately? Although all beings are equal, we should also fully respect dogs and put me aside.

34.生活是一种平淡的积淀，也是一种悲伤后的思索，多少伤才算多，多少才算够，生活的烦恼犹如摁下葫芦起来瓢，其实没什么，恰如这 幽幽禅河不尽灯。哎呀，上一回电视多不容易啊，还来搅我的局，你认错人了，我不是唐僧，自从大唐取完经，你不是已经回花果山了吗，你想你师父，可以去大唐啊。别烦我。

35.紧张与松弛，沉重与飘逸，都是生命的状态，坎坷和艰辛中蕴藏着更大的追求。笑着面对悲伤，悲伤会化为动力，笑着面对忧愁，忧愁会化为快乐。让忧愁去漂流吧，生活需要快乐，也应该是快乐的。——《宽怀人生》

39.一个人的心地宽阔，才是人生最恰当的人生观，记住一句忠告，天下没有值钱的烦恼，所有的固执也将输给时光，那些所有小心眼的人生，学的是鳄鱼，折磨的是自己，虽然说幸福很顽强，但却能在自我狭隘中窒息，别埋怨人生太曲折，这一点一滴的故事，都是生命的提醒，下雨记住带伞，失恋记住重选。

42.这世间的光阴迅速，日月如梭，在纸上谈人生，终是一场妄想，生活这一场悲欢，是一场历历在目的客观，一个人的内心厚重，来开拓一个人面对世界的价值，人生的意义也就在于烦恼面前如何去活出生命的生机、朴素、坚定，这人生怎么活，把自己活好，远远要比发现别人的长短要实在得多。
