17. Every day that we do not dance is a betrayal of life. 18.一个苦者找到一个和尚倾诉他的心事，他说：我放不下一些事，放不下一些人。和尚说：没有什么东西是放不下的。他说：这些事和人我就偏偏放不下。和尚让他拿着一个茶杯然后就往里面倒热水，一直到水溢出来，苦者被烫到马上松开了手。和尚说：其实这个世界上没有事是放不下的，痛了，你自然就会放下。

19.成熟就是，不再任性，就是为了顾全，委屈自己。成熟就是违背自己的意愿做很多自己极其不想做的事，不愿做的事。成熟就是把怨恨化做笑脸，把哀伤凝成妩媚。生活有进有退，输什么也不能输了心情。这世上，有时笑笑人家，有时给别人笑笑自己，放轻松，给自己快乐，也给别人快乐。
19. Maturity means no longer being willful, but rather making sacrifices for the sake of others. Maturity means going against one’s wishes and doing many things one really doesn’t want to do. Maturity means turning resentment into a smile and sorrow into charm. Life involves both gains and losses, but never lose your mood. 20.时间不会等着你，当然一定不要记恨，小人之见随他们去好了，怜悯会使你高贵。没有当初的起点，何来今日的终点。旧的不去，新的不来。缘，是因果，因果是圆。别得意，得意是恶，终得恶果；别失落，失落是伤，伤者难圆。淡然于心，一切随缘，顺其自然即是圆满。

21. It’s not a mountain, but life that needs to be climbed; it’s not an abyss, but oneself that needs to be crossed. Once a young monk asked his master, “I heard that you have profound virtue. If a beautiful woman, a demon, and everything in the world appear before you at the same time, would you be dazzled?” The master replied, “Let the blue return to the blue light, and the yellow return to the yellow light. Let seeing be just seeing, and listening be just listening. Where is the dazzlement?”

34.好与不好都走了，幸与不幸都过了。真正的梦想，永远在实现之中，更在坚持之中。累了，就停一停，让手贴着手，温暖冷漠的岁月；苦了，就笑一笑，让心贴着心，体味至爱的抚摸；哭了，就让泪水尽情流淌，痛彻心菲也是精彩。选择一条道路，就选择一种人生一种无悔。阴霾终会荡尽，狞笑终是无聊卑鄙终会沉寂。

49. Learning to be patient means learning not to do things that go against your conscience and that you may regret for the rest of your life.
