94、人生是一列单向行驶的火车，中途会有许多大大小小的站点停靠，但是永远不售返程车票。在这列火车上，有些事情可以做，有些事情必须做，有些事情可做可不做，有些事情坚决不能做，做与不做的选择，决定了人生的方向；做多做少的差别，决定了人生的高度；做好做坏的结果，决定了人生的质量。
94. Life is a one-way train, with many stops along the way, big and small, but there are no return tickets for sale. On this train, there are things you can do, things you must do, things you can do or not do, and things you must never do. 95. Zen is just a state of mind. The stories we have experienced, understanding them is enough. In fact, the detachment of words is not necessarily a bad thing, just like ourselves, unwilling to entangle in the years, nor willing to maneuver in emotions. Sometimes, words can be like a knife when spoken. But reality is just like this, that’s all. Softness still exists, but it’s deeper. Time flows like water, and what we can’t see through is the illusory world of mortals; the past is like smoke, and what we can’t disperse is the passing of time. When the prosperity fades, only memories remain.

96、流年似水， 在纷繁的嚣尘，总有诸多的烦忧，但是，在如水的清音里灵魂总会自在地飞翔，没有忧愁，没有忧伤,有的只是淡淡的绝尘，安然，淡然，悠然。
96. Time flows like water. Amidst the hustle and bustle, there are many worries. However, in the clear sound of water, the soul will always fly freely, without sorrow or sadness. There is only a faint detachment, peace, indifference, and leisure.

97、人生最重要的并不是努力，而是方向。压力不是有人比你努力，而是比你牛叉几倍的人依然比你努力。即使看不到未来，即使看不到希望，也依然相信：自己错不了，自己选的人错不了，自己选的人生错不了。
97. The most important thing in life is not effort, but direction. Pressure is not that someone is working harder than you, but that someone who is much better than you is still working harder than you. Even if we can’t see the future, even if we can’t see hope, we still believe: we can’t be wrong, the people we choose can’t be wrong, and the life we choose can’t be wrong.

98、人生的路上，我们都在奔跑，我们总在赶超一些人，也总在被一些人超越。人生的要义，一是欣赏沿途的风景，二是抵达遥远的终点；人生的秘诀，寻找一种最适合自己的速度，莫因疾进而不堪重荷，莫因迟缓而空耗生命；人生的快乐，走自己的路，看自己的景，超越他人不得意，他人超越不失志。
98. On the journey of life, we are all running, always surpassing some people, and always being surpassed by others. The essence of life is, first, to appreciate the scenery along the way, and second, to reach the distant destination. The secret of life is to find a pace that suits us best, not to be overwhelmed by haste, nor to waste life by being too slow. The joy of life is to walk your own path, see your own scenery, not to be complacent when surpassing others, and not to lose heart when others surpass you.

99、人生最悲哀的，并不是昨天失去的太多，而是沉浸于昨天的悲哀之中。不要过份在意一些人，如果有人问起，就说忘了。不解释，不悲伤。

100、人生如棋，黑与白的交错，生与死的交融；人生如棋，所以有了“闲敲棋子落花灯”的闲适，“长人只消一棋局”的洒脱；人生如棋，这是一种竞争，亦是一种调和，漫漫人生，变换不定，令人也难免举棋不定。棋势无定，棋局难料，以不变应万变，胸有成竹，等闲应对看春秋。
