fēi lái shān shàng qiān xún tǎ
飞 来 山 上 千 寻 塔 ，
Upon the Feilai Mountain stands a thousand-foot tower,

wén shuō jī míng jiàn rì shēng
闻 说 鸡 鸣 见 日 升 。
I’ve heard the crowing of a rooster witnessing the sunrise.

bù wèi fú yún zhē wàng yǎn
不 畏 浮 云 遮 望 眼 ，
Fear not the floating clouds that obscure the view,

zhǐ yuán shēn zài zuì gāo céng
只 缘 身 在 最 高 层 。
For I am on the highest level, and that is all there is to know.
